Periodically, life stirs the pot with a big stick and this time - just to pick one in the last few hours - France gets whacked. All over the world millions of people will be glued to their TVs, radios, Internets, in order to jack-in to the thought-stream that life demands from all of us, continually. Most likely, this will include you and damn near everyone you know. The more you know about this jacking-in process, the whys and wherefores, the better it will be for you, because each and every time you get hooked you are drained like the victim of a vampiric attack. Over the course of a few years, you become like the walking dead. And unfortunately for most, it happens a lot sooner than that. Since the last 20 years or so, with the growth and expansion of the Internet, it has been happening in as little as a few months, and starts as soon as a person reaches seven or eight years old or whenever their parents put a smart phone in their grubby little hands. The global thought-stream requires brains to transmit and receive the energy, which is like a higher-order blood stream of Life itself. Life, and the human species, is getting smarter, as individuals everywhere are getting dumber. Doubt this? Just look around.
Consider: Hundreds of thousands of times in the very near future you'll read something like, "
Our hearts go out to the people of France." And every single one of them will believe that was a meaningful statement.
Well, excuse me! It changes nothing for the better, not only in the brain of the speaker but in the rest of the planet. What people should be thinking and talking about is:
What gives? How is it that life is so arranged that these things must continue, will continue, and increase yearly, if not monthly, if not daily?
Don't bother looking out there for answers to these kinds of questions. There is only one place to look, and if you don't know where that is, you are already part of the problem. And, even if you do, you are still part of the problem! The "solutions" require something else. It has to do with the way your brain operates in the face of these global and local pot-stirrings.
